A new component of the program offers financial incentives to physicians with ties to Northwest Oklahoma, encouraging them to return and serve the rural communities where they’re needed most.

COLLEGE / PRE-MED

We support pre-med students as they build strong foundations for medical school through:

  • One-on-One Mentoring to guide students through challenges and decisions.

  • MCAT Prep Support to ease financial and academic pressures.

  • Physician Shadowing for exposure to different medical specialties and career paths.

  • Events & Pre-Med Club Visits to inspire and connect students with like-minded peers and professionals.

Our programs are designed to give pre-med students the tools they need to excel and keep their sights on serving communities like Northwest Oklahoma.

The Kaplan MCAT Prep Course reimbursement was a major factor in helping to fill the gap for my application to medical school. The Prep Course is extremely valuable in assisting students know how to approach the MCAT as it is an extensive test. However, the prep courses also had a financial barrier. When I found out about the reimbursement program, I felt like a major wall had been broken down giving me more confidence in my ability to prove I have what it takes to make it into medical school.

-Paige Muncy, Pre-Med Student
